The Friends of Myrtle Creek Library is excited to announce we will be open for Winter Break, Dec 16 through Dec 30 (except Sundays & Christmas day) to provide families with FREE activities each day.

The Library will be open during its usual hours on Mondays (except Christmas), Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. It will also be open from 12 to 4 pm on Thursdays and Fridays during the program. We are offering crafts or activities everyday from 12-4pm, with special activities during designated times:

Dec 16 - Open House 12-4pm - Free Raffle for 8 Gift Baskets, Live Music, Snacks, Kids’ Crafts, Face Painting
Dec 18 - Story Time 12-1pm, Window Painting, Drop-in Crafts
Dec 19 - Cookie Decorating 12-2pm, Snowflake Crafts
Dec 20 - Story Time / Create a Book 12-2pm, Drop-in Crafts
Dec 21 - Decorate a Walking Stick, Drop-in Crafts
Dec 22 - Movie Day, Drop-in Crafts
Dec 23 - Flower Arranging Workshop, Read to a Dog 12 - 2pm
Dec 26 - Board Games, Drop-in Crafts
Dec 27 - Story Time / Ice Cream in a Can 12-2pm, Drop-in Crafts
Dec 28 - Oregon Rocks! Museum of Natural & Cultural History Program, starts at 1 pm
Dec 29 - Movie Day, Drop-in Crafts
Dec 30 - Read to a Dog 12-2pm, Dungeons & Dragons Club 3-5pm
