Douglas County Master Food Preservers will be conducting canner pressure gauge testing Monday, August 28 10AM -Noon at Myrtle Creek Library. This is a free service of the OSU Extension Office. No need to bring the whole canner, just bring the lid. Been using that canner for years & never had it tested? Pressure gauges should be tested every year. Be safe...have that gauge tested.
