Learn to preserve your garden bounty with 3 classes:

  • Blackberry Freezer Jam

  • Fermentation Fun

  • Salsa Spaghetti Sauce

Take home a jar from each class along with the recipes!

Materials donation $10 per person, maximum of 20 participants. Sign up at the library or Redbarn Garden Supply.

NOTE: This class is at the Community Center on 2nd Ave.
